At Tigerlove, your satisfaction and skincare experience are our top priorities. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or defective. This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our formulations for all customers.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive a defective product, please email support@tigerlove.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days and guide you through the resolution process. Approved refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any opened, used, or partially used products, even in cases of allergic reactions or general dissatisfaction. We encourage all customers to review product details and ingredients carefully before purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product being damaged or defective.


Package Protection

We plan to offer Route Package Protection or a similar service to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. This optional service may be available at checkout for an additional charge. If selected, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly through the provider’s claims portal.

Tigerlove is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have left our facility, regardless of whether package protection was selected. We strongly recommend adding this coverage at checkout to safeguard your order.


EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
This right does not apply to goods that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery, for health and hygiene reasons.
To exercise this right, you must contact us at support@tigerlove.com with your cancellation request before the 14-day period ends.
