Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Important: All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Additionally, processing and delivery times may be extended during holiday periods, product launches, limited-edition releases, special promotions, and high-volume periods.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during business days only (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Most items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement. On-demand production Tigerlove Resort products in our Lifestyle collection require additional production time to ensure quality.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is ready, we release your shipment to our shipping partner. On-demand production items are fulfilled separately from our skincare products. If your order includes both product types, items will arrive separately.

  • Continental United States:
    • Skincare: 2-6 days
    • On-Demand Production Items: 7-9 days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US territories:
    • Skincare: 7-14 days
    • On-Demand Production Items: 7-14 days
  • International:
    • Skincare: 10-21 days
    • On-Demand Production Items: 7-15 days, with some destinations taking up to 30 days

Shipping Cost, Carrier Services & Destinations

Shipping Cost

We offer complimentary shipping for orders over $75 in the US and over $150 for international orders. This is automatically applied when your order meets these thresholds.

Orders below our complimentary shipping threshold include calculated shipping rates based on your destination and package weight.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their country. These additional costs are not included in your order total and will not be covered by Tigerlove. We recommend checking with your country's customs office before placing an order to understand any potential additional costs.

Carrier Services

We ship primarily via USPS (United States Postal Service) and may use alternative carriers when it provides better service for your delivery.

Orders to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS.

Destinations

We deliver to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and select US territories, as well as APO/FPO locations.

We also ship to select international destinations worldwide. Available shipping countries may change based on carrier services and local regulations.

Tigerlove is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Packages returned to sender due to delivery issues
  • Customs delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier strikes or transportation delays
  • Any issues occurring after packages leave our fulfillment centers

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by carriers. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please check with neighbors and building management, verify your delivery address, and contact the shipping carrier directly to consider filing a claim if applicable.

Order Changes & Tracking

Order Changes

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or expedited once placed. Our fulfillment process begins immediately upon order confirmation to ensure the fastest possible delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive email confirmation with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the tracking link in your email or by checking your account under "My Orders."
